This was a GREAT stroll down memory lane.

There are so many great recollections in there as a fan, but two that really stood out for me -- for some reason -- were the KU comeback win over Texas in 2007 when a "pretty good" player named Kevin Durant was just going off at the Fieldhouse...and then that whacky, tense, highly emotional KU comeback win over stinking Misery in 2012, when T-Rob blocked that Pressey shot all the way to Emporia as time expired.

Congratulations, again, to the 2004-2017 Kansas Jayhawks and to each and every recruited player, walk-on, coach, staffer, and fan for helping to make the incredible run possible.

“With kindest regards to Dr. Forrest C. Allen, the father of basketball coaching, from the father of the game.”

1936 inscription on the portrait of Dr. Naismith, displayed above Phog Allen's office desk at KU.

THAT T-Rob block against stinking Moo.....one all time favorite for me too.

You know how women are with distance.....I would have sworn he blocked that thing to Wichita!
