I like that kind of math!

Not the only stats worth talking about, but some eye catchers for sure. HCBS dropped another- Svi and DG combined 2-18 from the field. Would not think that would end well in most cases...

Unlike Svi, though, Devonte impacted the game positively in multiple other ways. His shots may not have fallen today, but I think he's got his swag and aggression coming back.

As for Svi, if he's not hitting 3s, he's a bit of a liability given his defense. But we all know that. To his credit, thought, Svi did hit one big trey in that key stretch late in the game, so sometimes it's about hitting them at the right time.

I think one of the key stats for this game was 9 turn overs for the good guys compared to 16 for the neon team. I think that was very key. In the 1st half it was very worrisome that the Baylor outside shot was falling but our open looks would hit the rim a couple times and pop out on a consistent basis. We ran good offense got a good shot but they would not go in. Hopefully the guys will not rest on there laurels and find their shot again. When we make our outside shot we will be even better than the team that just beat the number 4 team in the country on their home court.
