Why does Motley get all the calls and Lucas gets called for half as much contact?

As I say that, Lucas gets away with going over the back, but in a scramble we lost the ball anyway.

I really hate the older, fatter ref. He's too lazy to go over to the scorer's table and he always seems to make questionable calls against us.
