Inversion table -- get a good one and get some of your old height back (and a decompressed spine) from regular use.

I'm with you on that one konza. A few years ago you could find some video from the post game locker but I have not seen it for some time. These videos were produced by the KU athletic program and are still up on youtube.com under the name of Pay Heed. These were always a lot a fun to watch and were narrated by Wayne Simien. I still find myself occasionally watching them again with the volume cranked up. Apparently the video director of the athletic department at the time did these and he has since moved on. I wish they would start this series again.
