We attended a party last night so I watched it at home late last night.
Incredible win. Some of my favorite things:
>This was the most hyped sporting event of the day, college game day, etc. Kentucky was supposed to win it and pulled out all the plugs to hype their big win. Oops...I feel really bad for them.
>We beat 'em in our place last year. Now we beat 'em in their place....which is named after one of our former players.
>Any time Calipari loses, an angel gets its wings.
>This was a "NCAA Tournament" style game: lots of hype, top opponent, had to come back. When we get to the tourney, this kind of experience (and coming back to win) is invaluable.
>Feels great coming off of the WVU loss. No back-to-back losses like Kentucky got. I feel really bad for them.
>Shows we can win without CB. Hope he comes back and learned his lesson (missing the best game of the year and watching from campus must not have been much fun.
>Legitimizes our place in the polls. Can't wait to see how it impacts the computer ratings.
>That crazy man jumping around in my back yard late last night was NOT me trying to celebrate without waking the family.
>Great for recruiting. Not too many teams leave Rupp with a W. Kind of like teams winning in AFH.

Fun game to watch, buddy. So happy for our guys. This is one of those times when I cherish this board. Not a lot of KU fans around here to celebrate with.
...and I still feel bad for the Kentucky fans..
