Don't worry about the mules, just load the wagon!!
Highest (+/-): Frank Mason - the team outscored Texas by 22 in Mason's 34.5 minutes and were outscored by 10 when Mason was on the bench for those 5.5 minutes.
Offensive Effectiveness: Bragg, the team scored 2.15 points per minute with Bragg in the game but Mason was right there with 2.14 points per minute.
Defensive Effectiveness: Svi, the team held Texas to 1.44 points per minute with SVI in the game but Lucas was right there at 1.46 and Mason not far back at 1.51. Bragg was least effective which was obvious if you watched his defense. Bragg is sorely struggling on defense.
Overall Effectiveness: Mason by a long shot. The team was far more effective eith Mason in the game outscoring Texas by 0.637 points per minute.
Most Critical Player: Mason (duh). The Jayhawks outscored Texas by about 2.5 points per minute more with Mason in than with Mason out. Anything over 1 here is pretty stinking good. Mason was THE KEY to the Jayhawks this game.
