Hey Bay, you can never, and I mean never, go wrong with the Beatles. Just a couple weeks ago I finished reading back to back, "Tune In" by Mark Lewisohn and "The Beatles" by Bob Spitz. That is about 2000 pages about the Beatles. I was surprised how passionate I found myself about the Beatles. I thoroughly enjoyed those books and went into a kind of mini funk when when I finished. It is great to have passions and the Jayhawks are certainly near the top of the list. The Beatles are up there on the list as well.
