There is a federal holiday listed on December 25th (26th this year since the 25th falls on a Sunday). That holiday is referred to by the federal government as Christmas. So have a "Merry Christmas" and decide for yourself if I'm referring to the Christian holiday, or just a government-sanctioned day off.
And while you're at it, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy New Year, and may every day that you're a Jayhawk be absolutely stellar.
