KU has a terrrific and amazing backcourt and the Hawks will be a matchup nightmare for opponents.

Big men need to play better, and 13-22 FT'a continues à season long trend.

My early take on the season is UCLA and Baylor are really good. IU goes as its shooting, UNC typical Roy team and Puke is annoyingly good and will get better just by getting healthy. Sparty with Bridges down might be in for a tough year, but Izzo is a master of getting the most out of his teams. Conyucky is madly talented.

Hawks need to get more from the front court, no necessarily scoring but boards, blocks and smart play, because a match up with UCLA, Baylor or U.K. who all have strong backcourt will come down to how KU's front court plays.

Good half today by Landen but still long way to go

Agree completely. I think Stanford could not come close to matching our back court so we win. There will be other teams that even if are better in the back court in will not be by enough to compensate for our bigs getting out played by a lot. I actually have confidence that our bigs can do it. I think it will happen by the end of the month. ;)
