Hair styles!

I'd like to know who started the high, scrambled hair style. I've yet to see anyone who looks better with it!

Does it have a name? Does it cost a lot to get it styled (?) like that? What part of the country started it? Who can I blame for it?

Who has the answers to these puzzling, highly relevant questions?

That is a reasonable request, Bay, but I've never been able to link. (I hate to admit my stupidity.)

Graham had that style last season, and from what I could see of Lagerald Vick in Gorilla Hawk's post about his becoming more comfortable now in his role, it looks like he has the look, also.

It started appearing during last year's season, but I'm sure it originated somewhere else.
