Former Jayhawk Sighting.

Greg Ostertag was grocery shopping in Avon, Colorado yesterday afternoon. I confirmed it was him and said I enjoyed watching him play as our time on the hill overlapped. He laughed and seemed a bit surprised I recognized him. Sorry I can't recall what was in his cart.

Oh for Pete's sake, Mountain.....You didn't inventory his grocery cart????

Wish another 'Hawk would write a book and have a signing in the KC or Topeka area. That's my only hope of a sighting.

Did Alonzo have his kidney transplant? I had forgotten that he had to have one.

KSLIB, after you posted, I Googled Alonzo's name and found the article about his waiting for a transplant, and about his wife's willingness to donate one of her kidneys. (I had seen it before but had forgotten.) So, I hope you didn't think I was trying to pry personal information about him from you. I was just interested in his well-being.
