Can't remember his name but he was the game announcer for Tex. Tech and is a KU alum. Announced about 2 months ago in the LJW. Sorry I can't remember his name.

Thanks, Everyone, for taking the time to post. I had my heart set on Bob's son because I thought his voice would resemble his dad's. (So much for resisting change by making it as painless as possible.) Sounds as if Hanni is at least a staunch and long-time KU fan.
Oh, well, if we dedicated radio listeners survived the loss of Max, we can surely handle Bob's riding off into the broadcasting sunset.
May the KU basketball gods give me an open mind. Please.
