Well it is officially Royals and Blackhawks season so I bid you all adieu. I'll stop by the RCB from time to time to catch up but will be back in time for Late Night.

I am about to have a much delayed minor knee surgery, I kept delaying so I could pace during the KU games

, so I'll be an invalid for about a week. I then start my upcoming swing through the F. East so before you know it the Royals will have won another WS and KU BB will be it the midst of another great season. Heck maybe HC Beaty and the FB team will gives us many reasons to cheer.

Here's to safe travels and a smooth surgery, LKF. Sorry we didn't get that Chicago regional we were hoping for. We'll put that in the "what if" category...

Hope you stick around for a few more days of final bows on the season, but do enjoy the upcoming Royals season. A repeat would be phenomenal!

Take care, LKF and best of luck with the knee surgery. (I totally understand the pacing paradigm!)

I will second Konza's comments on everything else. Don't forget that with Wayne leaving we now have at least 3 scholarships still to fill for AY2016-17, and there should be news about that in the near future!
