KU has faced Villanova 5 times and we are 3-2. However, we have lost 2 of the last 3. We lost to them in the Bahamas, 63-59, in November 2014. We also lost to them in Philly 72-57 back in January 2005. I remember that game well. We have faced them twice in the NCAA Tourney and we have prevailed both times. I hope you all remember the last time we beat them which was also the last time we faced them in the NCAA. We won 72-57 on our way to a national championship in 2008. I like the sound of that. The DPPI gives KU a 3.5 point margin with a 59% probability of winning the game. We match up okay but nothing like the great matchup advantage we had with Maryland. This will be a tough game but I expect our guys to punch their ticket to the Final Four.
