He should be helping his NBA draft stock, he is certainly helping KU's chances of moving on. Perry's moves around the basket are a thing of beauty.

For the last few weeks, and certainly tonight, every time Perry launches a shot I've felt like it's money. Same thing with my son while watching him tonight. For you baseball fans, and particularly you Royals fans, when the ball is in Perry's hands and he's looking to score, the same feeling overcomes me that I had every time that Ben Zobrist would come to the plate last year during the Royals' World Series run. They call that kind of hitter a "professional hitter," meaning he just absolutely knows what he's doing and is exceptionally smooth at it. Ditto for Perry.

I swear, he put us on his back tonight. You could see it and feel it from the stands--he was NOT going home tonight! A senior who is on a mission...

I'll also say this: Maryland fans are going to see him in their nightmares for years to come. Every time he put up (and made a shot), you could just see them shaking their heads--literally--in awe and, yes, disgust. He was insanely good.

Incidentally, all I'm hearing on TV right now is Buddy Hield this, Buddy Hield that... I'm happy for Buddy and the Sooners (big-time), but they're practically crowning Hield as the tourney MOP thus far. NOTHING about Ellis in terms of the elongated praise. That's nuts!

Perry, thanks for continuing to bring it! PS: He passed some dude named Paul Pierce in all-time KU scoring tonight, no? ;)

“With kindest regards to Dr. Forrest C. Allen, the father of basketball coaching, from the father of the game.”
