Ali Farukmanesh and my personal horror....

In some good natured ribbing, a buddy of mine sent me a picture of a prize that will be offered to the winner of a bracket pool. It's an autographed part of the floor and SI cover from the UNI/KU game. The floor is apparently from the stadium and the it's signed by Ali Farkmanesh (only $169 if you're interested).

Anyway, I opened the link to the "prize" saw what it was, chuckled, and moved on. I thought that was the end of it. It wasn't.

Thanks to Google, Facebook, and whatever other ad tracking software is running over the net these days, the ad for Ali Farukmanesh memorabilia is following me everywhere. I haven't seen it here yet, but it's popping up as an ad in Facebook feed and on other sites.

So it looks like for the next 3 weeks, I'll be continually reminded of that wonderful moment in basketball history.
