Kelvin Sampson? Doug Gottlieb? Greg Marshall? Fran Fraschilla?

POB God's Love -- they hire him, they get what they deserve!
Greg Marshall -- I would be very surprised if he took the job. Should he, the B12 will be that much better.
Fran? Freakin' Fran? I would hope he knows what side his incompetent bread is buttered on!
Not that I have any opinion on this matter, you understand...

“With kindest regards to Dr. Forrest C. Allen, the father of basketball coaching, from the father of the game.”
1936 inscription on the portrait of Dr. Naismith, displayed above Phog Allen's office desk at KU.
The Fraschilla comment cracked me up.
I think he lost out on his opportunity to replace the Mayor last year, since he adores ISU so much...

Two candidates I think might be considered are Buzz Williams (VA Tech) and Brad Underwood (Stephen F Austin).
If I'm Underwood, though, I wait for Squeaks to get canned by the Purps next year, then slot right into that position. Manhattan is home for him, and he's a hot commodity. (He'll be even hotter if they upset West VA, which is not implausible)
Sean Miller's brother at Dayton (Archie Miller) might be another candidate. Not sure who else...

Mongo just pawn in game of life.
You never know what might happen.Several years ago I joked that KSU was going to be stupid enough to hire either Bruce Pearl or Bruce Weber. I really didn't think they would be that stupid, but I was wrong!
