Simmons not eligible for Wooden Award

Have to wonder how Ben Simmons choosing LSU only to fall short in so many areas (no NCAA tournament, not even eligible for WPOY) will affect future top prospects recruiting decisions.

Of course, the WPOY miss is entirely his own fault, and as long as he still is a top 3 lottery pick, it probably won't make much difference. His "misses" won't really be viewed as hurting him.
