Looks like this article is public access.
Let me know if you can’t read it and I’ll recap for you.
And here’s the new AY2018-19 Top 150.
Good stuff!

Of note in recent days, KU made the cut as one of the top 9 options for 5* PG Josiah James.
Also, Shay Wildeboor recently opined this as what he thinks KU's 2019 recruiting class might look like.
In addition to already committed 4* PG Markese Jacobs, he specifically mentioned:
#5 Matthew Hurt (PF) as reportedly KU is the team to beat. Doesn't hurt that Hurt recently spent an extended period of time with Bill Self at USA basketball.
#9 Jeremiah Robinson-Earl (PF), son of former KU star Lester Earl. Originally from Bishop Miege (Roeland Park, KS), he will attend the IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL for his senior year. Family is very pro-KU and would love to have him close to home for college. While dad's old coach must still be considered a factor, Shay (and most of the basketball gurus I've read on various sites) feels very good about JRE to KU.
#34 Samuell Williamson (SG). The 6-foot-6, 170-pound guard from Rockwall (TX) High School really likes Self and KU, and both his mother and brother are Jayhawks. Shay believes SW could be the next player to commit to KU.
With Jacobs that adds up to a class of 4.
If you have been reading the updates to the OP, you know I think there will be 5 available scholarships for the AY2019-20 team, so if Shay is right about the above 3, who else might be joining them, hm?
This November's early signing period could be another exciting one!

First, of course, is taking Sam Cunliffe out of the Returning Players list, opening up another scholarship for next year. I think KU could face losing up to 4 to NBA draft early entry (Grimes, Dok, D. Lawson and DeSousa), and with Vick's graduating that leaves 6 openings to fill for AY2019-20, with just one commitment so far, **** PG Markese Jacobs.
The "OFFERED" list has been edited for the following changes:
1. PG Nico Mannion, who just reassigned from the 2020 class to 2019. He comes into the Rivals 150 for 2019 at #24, and the adjustments you may notice in the rankings of the 2019 class starting with #25 Kofi Cockburn are due to Mannion deciding to graduate early.
According to Rivals' Corey Evans "What makes Mannion special is his ability to score but also create for others in an efficient manner. He has already earned his stripes suiting up for Italy at various FIBA events thanks to his Italian descent and has won seemingly each step of the way with the West Coast Elite travel unit and with his Pinnacle High program.
Arizona and Villanova appear to be the most talked about programs involved with Mannion but a clearer picture will become known in the coming days whenever he does decide to cut his list to a final five or six where he has the chance to immediately stabilize a contending team’s backcourt from day one."
2. Earlier this week Lawson cousin D.J. Jeffries (**** PF Rivals #46) decommitted from Kentucky (porthawk posted a link related to this) . Here is KUSport.com's Matt Tait's article on his change of heart.
3. Rivals' #45 Oscar Tshiebwe (**** 6-9, 230 C) recently trimmed his list of schools to 8, with KU and WVU leading the way, although kensucky is starting to show interest and could end up being a player. His full list also includes Baylor, Ole Miss, Georgetown, Illinois and Virginia.
Per Corey Evans: "Oscar Tshiebwe was a man among boys in California, looking to tear the rim down at any chance, providing stout defense as a rim protector and remaining a vacuum on the glass. His offensive skill set is coming along nicely as Tshiebwe has begun to implement a face-up jumper into his arsenal, but his best will always remain in the paint. He sports a well-chiseled physique and an angry playing style that is reflected by his consistent double-double production. No one was more dominant than the big man from Congo. West Virginia and Kansas sit as the two programs to beat, though Kentucky has begun to express interest." (Members only link to JayhawkSlant post )
4. The sole deletion from the list was unranked guard Marcedus Leech, who chas committed to ISU.
Rock Chalk!

As noted, top tenners Jeremiah Robinson-Earl (Lester’s boy) and Matthew Hurt are KU’s top targets, and most analysts have them as Jayhawks.
Texas native Samuell Williamson is also considered a very good KU lean as his mom and his brother are KU grads.

What Lewis commitment means to Bama
A good get for Avery Johnson. I've always liked him since his days as the Spurs PG, and wish him well unless/until playing KU.

There are links to more change topics at the bottom of the linked page, but this page contains the text directly addressing the NBA draft, agents, etc.
The only dates specifically mentioned as far as returning from the draft is for those who stay in but are not drafted (like Malik this last draft). That implies to me that the current rules will remain the same as far as the timeline for opting to return to school before the draft, i.e., 10 days after the combine to return.
Also note the extra requirements put in place in order to declare early and still be assured of being able to return —
1. Student-athlete must request an evaluation from the NBA Undergraduate Advisory Committee, AND
2. Attend the NBA Combine
in order to be eligible to return if not drafted.
In fact, as I read that text I understand it to mean the S-A cannot declare and maintain eligibility without requesting the NBA UAC evaluation. It says NOTHING about what the S-A can do if he does not request an evaluation, or is not given one by the NBA UAC after requesting, or is not invited to the Combine.
I think things will be a little sticky at first, getting the kinks worked out.

Got a bad feeling about the ol' Roy <-> Papa L connection costing KU the laddie.
Plus Roy's 3 rings shine real purty compared to Bill's 1.
Jay's 2 (out of the last 3 tournaments) are pretty darn attractive as well.
Hope I am wrong and Jeremiah comes to KU and helps Bill get on the list below (if Bill isn't already on it after next season)...

The unranked PG from Little Rock is reminding people who have seen him of a young Frank Mason (we should be so lucky!).
Shay reports McBride has offers from "the likes of Kansas, SMU, Oklahoma State, TCU, Loyola, College of Charleston, Murray State and others".
Back in July from Rivals.com National Basketball Recruiting Analyst Eric Bossi:
Why did his stock rise? Last week in Las Vegas, I probably got asked more about No. 4 (McBride) of the Joe Johnson Hawks than any other player I came across. So, I settled in to figure out why and his tough and confident play were why. He can score it from deep, finishes at the rim and has a calming presence about him. Is he as good as Frank Mason was? I'm not sure, but he reminds a bit of what Mason looked like when he really started to take off and went to prep school to wait out a scholarship release from Towson.
Also according to Bossi today (Wednesday evening), the currently *** McBride is better than **** #92 Markese Jacobs, and "Bill Self loves this kid, sources say. Allegedly."
The OP has been updated to include him.

Second, news today that during his unofficial visit to KU this week KU offered Blue Valley NW senior SF Christian Braun (unranked 2019 Rivals 3*, 6-6/180 from Overland Park, KS). According to JayhawkSlant Braun has offers from "Kansas, Creighton, Illinois, Kansas State, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Saint Louis, Texas Tech, Tulane, Wake Forest and others."
Shay Wildeboor at Slant says he saw a lot of the kid this summer with MoKan Elite, and does not remember the kid missing from behind the arc... sweet stroke, folks. Eric Bossi (Rivals National Hoops analyst) says Braun (and Isaac McBride) are a cinch to make the updated Rivals 150 that will come out the week after Labor Day.
Official visits so far: Kansas State, Oklahoma and Illinois.
He plans to return to Kansas -- another "dream school" scenario -- for an official visit as well.
His brother Parker is currently a walk-on at The Hellmouth, (Mom is a tigger, Dad a KU Med alum) but there is talk that if Christian goes to KU Parker just may transfer. Seems he has always been a KU fan anyway (I don't know, so don't waste your time asking, I have no answers). And OBTW, Parker's girlfriend is a Jayhawk.
Finally, y'all have a fun and safe Labor Day weekend!
LET'S GO KU FOOTBALL!
ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK KU!

ERIC BOSSI, Rivals National Analyst
Braun was on campus today for an unofficial visit. Had a great summer and has been building each step of the way from mid major to high major prospect over the last year. Has grown from 6'4" to 6'6", good athlete, good shooter, very smart all around player. Has official visits set up to Kansas State (this weekend I believe), Oklahoma (Sept. 21) and Illinois (October 22).
=========================================
As I previously noted, he also considers Kansas his "dream team", so as with Samuell Williamson, I would not be surprised to to see KU get an early commitment and a November signing from him. Based on what I've been reading so far, I would predict at least Williamson, Braun and McBride sign in November. Robinson-Earle joining them would be sweet. Anyone else beyond them in November -- say Mathew Hurt, James Wiseman -- oooh, that would be such a sugar rush!
Bystander: "BTW, are you ready for some football?"
KU fan: "YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS?!?! We've been waiting for 10 years now!"
