"We knew they were good. They're the best team we've played this season so far. But we did some good things. We played pretty smart down the stretch. We just didn't get stops when we had to have them, but we got enough of them. And we rebounded the ball much better in the second half.

"They kicked our butts on the glass. So much of it - how active you are - is the dead ball rebounds or the rebounds that go out of bounds, and they got six of those and we got one. Usually that's because the offensive team is going to the glass really hard and the defensive team just can't quite control it, and that happened too many times. If you take that away, we out rebounded them 39-31. But the second half we only gave up four offensive boards and played a lot better from a rebounding standpoint. And offensively, they didn't guard us. They wanted to play four against five. They didn't guard our #4 man and just put guys around Dub the whole time, so we got away from that and just had Christian ball screen for everybody, and we made some shots, finally.

"Wayne didn't get many touches on the block. They defended him a funky way. They fronted Wayne, and when the ball went back high they switched and the other guy went to Wayne. So they like front and backed him. But Wayne stepped away from the basket, and even though he didn't get many touches, of his 12 points, probably ten of them were pretty good looks. And I thought that was the best Keith has been all year, by far. When you look at our stat line, add Miles' and Langford's stat lines together, and that's as good as any twosome will have in the backcourt in America today. Keith was great and Aaron was fabulous. Aaron made two bad plays. He shot the air ball layup when we had control of the game, and then he got kind of fancy and threw it away to Dub. Other than that, that's as good as Aaron Miles has played.

"That's a tough team to play against. They only sent three to the glass, got two back, take away transition; they're deep, and they're tall and athletic. That was a good team we played today. That's by far the best team we've played. We'll play some other good teams coming up, but there will be few we will play non-conference who are better than Pacific.

"We trapped the post, and when we did it right we were pretty effective. Most of their scoring was either in the post or perimeter shooting, because they've got some guys who can really stroke it."
