First NU, then Minnesota. Dunno if they'll provide the KU one.

Nu coach
asked about KU
Havili is leader, Payne also v good
passing, defensive team, solid, well balanced
Payne will get most of the balls
Kansas has more aces than NU
what's it like to face Bechard again - Ray is classy, no more deserving guy, hopes Lawrence is hopping
starts with Payne, but gotta control Soucie, setter (Havili) is v good, can set anyone anytime
can't let Payne have big night

Bechard -
excited to be here, Rock Chalk!
What it's like to have to play NU in Omaha - every school gets 200 tickets, he knows KU will be outnumbered, but our fans will find a way in
about the 86-0-1 - wishes he was part of the 1. none of our current players have faced NU
How important to have strong start - cannot panic if we start badly, cannot get over-confident if we start hot
on Havili being modest - Bechard told Havili's mom about being AA. Ainise didn't tell her

Havili -
How we beat USC - she's watched those last 6 points about a thousand times
Being AA - dream come true
Stress of finals during the week - helped calm her nerves by taking focus off game

Payne -
on the 5th set vs USC - we freaked out a little down 0-4
Losing in first round last year provided motivation for this year
On UT coach saying he missed it by not recruiting her - She's from Austin, kindof wanted to move away for college anyway
The 5 set loss to UT this year taught the team they could compete at highest level
She has another final to take tonight
