And just a note from my mind about it. I saw that it said that "Bill approved to lure Chiefs, Royals to Kansas" (You can see it to the left of the title of the article.) Upon reading that, my mind went to HCBS being the point person in negotiations for those two pro teams to move to Kansas. Then after a second, I shook my head thinking how wrong I was. (Woops
